This project is my love letter to renaissance paintings and Rick Riordan. A team of professionals brought the hair, makeup, outfits, and sets to life. The models projected the confidence and hubris that has been associated with celestial beings. The interactions between models portrayed a sense of history using eye contact and physical touch.

The paintings in this project imitate people’s memories, personalities, and stories that relate to nature. The photographs are translations of the conversations shared by the models that reflects a part of who they are.
